Customers must contact us by email before sending any items back. We are unable to accept returns without prior written consent so please do not send any items back without contacting us first.


We are unable to cover the costs you incur by returning unwanted products. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in their original packaging exactly as sent to you.


Please note we are unable to refund or exchange any products that have broken retail seals or appear to be opened for hygienic reasons.


Once we have received the return, the products will be checked before we can issue a refund. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card used as original payment and will take approximately 14 days to be credited back to you depending on your bank.

When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please  retain the proof of postage and keep this until we confirm safe receipt of the returned items.. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
